In 2017, due to lack of experience in the subject, the State Department of Planning, Budget and Management of the Federal District Government approached GNova with the purpose of obtaining support to develop the hackaton design and methodology to be carried out at Campus Party from Brasília.
The GNova team acted as technical support and followed the activities performed on the day of the event. For this, we used case studies of existing hackaton methodologies based on open government, digital government, open innovation. Then the design was proposed collectively.
As a product of the project, three prototypes were created in the areas of safety, education and transportation. The prototypes were developed and are being tested for implementation by GDF
