The project aimed to broaden the understanding of the problem, incorporating the perspectives of its various users to discuss the possibilities of integration and automation in order to improve the elaboration and procedure of acts and design solutions to improve the process of drafting normative acts in the scope of Federal Executive Branch
The design thinking approach was adopted, and three main steps were thought out to arrive at the solution design: problem definition workshop, ideation workshop and debriefing with problem owners.
The project had as its products the problem definition and three solutions to improve the process of drafting normative acts in the scope of Federal Executive Branch.
The used methods created conditions for the refinement of the problem and for the maturation of ideas to be presented to decision makers. The gathering of relevant actors and collective construction of solutions generated more qualified results and engagement of key characters in the process. Finally, the alternatives generated to solve the problem stand alone, but can also be understood as three phases of the same project, incorporating different aspects of each one.
